As a home-based breeder, we pride ourselves in raising healthy puppies in an environment that is safe and full of love. SunriseDoodles only breeds one mom at a time, this allows us to provide the best care for our dams and their puppies. It is our priority to love, socialize, and properly nourish our puppies preparing them for their new family.
We pride ourselves in breeding standard-size Goldendoodles. The advantage to being a small home breeder is taking the time to screen the stud of choice for my girls. Goldendoodles are a hybrid breed, it is crucial for us to screen and choose a stud that comes from a healthy line and with proof of healthy hips and free of any genetic conditions.
We pride ourselves in loving and caring for our Goldendoodles. We are a family-owned business and are committed to breeding a loving puppy for your home. As a hobby breeder, we breed one litter at a time which allows us to properly care for your future puppy and allows us to nurture our dams after their pregnancy. We do not rehome our retired moms, they are our family.

A Goldendoodle is a designer breed crossed between a Golden Retriever and a Poodle.
Sunrise Goldendoodles breeds standard-size Goldendoodles. They will range from 20-26 inches in height and will weigh approximately 50-80lbs.
F1 Goldendoodles are 50% Golden Retriever and 50% Poodle. Their coats are straight to wavy and mild to moderate shedding. Families with allergies may experience mild to moderate symptoms. F1B Goldendoodles are a cross between an F1 Goldendoodle and a Poodle, making them 75% Poodle and 25% Golden Retriever. Their coats are wavy to curly making them hypoallergenic and little to no shedding.
Each puppy will receive their first set of vaccinations and will be dewormed at 3, 6, and 8 weeks. All our puppies will be introduced to crate training at 3 weeks and should continue to be crate trained while transitioning to their new home. Each puppy will go home with a puppy kit that includes a collar, 1 week of puppy food, toys, and a blanket that smells like their mom.
Goldendoodles are known to love the outdoors. As a puppy, they will be bouncing with energy. Puppies in general have bouts of energy and love to play, jump, and run, taking naps in between and then are reenergized to play once again. As your puppy grows older, they will need plenty of physical exercises every day, this can include walks, play/training sessions, all of which will help to burn off your puppy's excess energy level.
Goldendoodles require regular brushing of their coats, 3-4 times a week, this will prevent their hair from becoming tangled or matted which will make grooming easier. Their nails should be clipped every two to six weeks, this will keep their nails at a comfortable length preventing any potential problems. Goldendoodle's ears are floppy making them prone to ear infections, their ears should be cleaned one to two times a week and more frequently if they go swimming. Good oral care is important to keep teeth and gums healthy and your Goldendoodle's teeth should be brushed two to three times a week. Teeth brushing is important to prevent plaque and tartar buildup, bad breath, and tooth discoloration.
Here at SunriseDoodles we initiate crate training at 3 weeks of age and encourage you to continue once your puppy is home. A crate that is just big enough for your puppy to turn around in and lay down should be available; choose a crate with a divider so that you can increase the space in the crate as your puppy grows. A crate is a safe place for your pet and an important training tool. A collar and leash should be used when walking your puppy. A baby gate can be used to limit access to certain parts of your home, premium pet food, a dog bowl for food and water, a dog bed, puppy toys, your choice of veterinarian, and dog insurance, grooming tools such as dog shampoo, toothbrush, and toothpaste. Stain remover is good to have for accidental soiling.
